Welcome to CBDonna e.U. These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.cbdonna.at (collectively or individually, the “Service”), operated by CBDonna e.U.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders generated by automated programs or third-party services.

4. Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Terms

4.1 Prices. All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros (EUR) and include the applicable Austrian value-added tax (VAT). Prices may change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4.2 Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated according to destination, parcel weight and dimensions. Total shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your Purchase. We offer various shipping options, including standard and express delivery, to meet your needs.

4.3 Delivery terms. Shipping within the EU: We ship to all countries within the European Union. Delivery times vary according to destination country and selected shipping method.

Order processing: Orders are processed within two business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may arise due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or postal service disruptions.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing tracking information so that you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Customs duties and import taxes: Orders shipped to countries outside Austria may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

4.4 Delivery issues. If you experience delivery problems, such as delayed or lost parcels, please contact info@cbdonna.at or +43 664 46 12 430. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4.5 Incorrect or damaged goods. If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Further details can be found in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Payment Methods

We aim to make your shopping experience as convenient and secure as possible by offering various payment methods. The following payment methods are available in our online shop: credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

7. Returns

You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject a return or issue a partial refund if returned goods do not meet these conditions.

8. Refund Policy

Once we have received your returned goods and confirmed that they are in an acceptable condition, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are made using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing law. These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you with services are governed by and construed in accordance with Austrian law. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, including questions concerning their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
